Principal's Bio

Dr. Robin Pang-Maganaris is the Interim Principal at Cabrillo School in Pacifica. She brings 15 years of experience as a school principal and 15 years as a classroom teacher. Her work centers on restorative practices, PBIS, and building strong, supportive learning communities.

Robin holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, a Masters in Elementary Education, and a Bachelors in Psychology.  She is committed to equity, integrity, and meaningful student outcomes. Robin partners with staff, families, and students to make every day better.

At home, she is grounded by her family – husband Gary, daughter Kelsey, son Steven, and labrador retriever Gracie.  They are her source of joy and balance outside of school.
